[討論] 有人看過「跑步,該怎麼跑?」這本書嗎?

請問有人看過這本書嗎?
這本書主要是在提倡一種較不傷關節的跑法─姿勢跑法
也就是用腳掌著地而非腳跟,並且利用小步伐的方式迅速帶動腿部的移動
我昨天有試著用書上的跑法去練習慢跑
練習中,我盡可能的用腳掌著地,並避免用腳跟著地,步伐也注意別太大
跑下來的結果,跑起來真的有比較輕鬆(不在乎速度的話...)
不過我小腿痠到爆炸...= =
我這結果是正確的嗎?
PS:
因為我本身左膝後十字韌帶鬆弛,左右雙膝髕骨軟骨磨損
所以會蠻在意運動對關節所造成的負擔
會很希望藉由正確的運動方式來將運動傷害降至最低
