[討論] 晚上做完有氧後肚子餓
大家好
小弟目前是重訓跟有氧都有在做,目標是維持肌肉(甚至妄想增肌A_A)減脂
重訓跟有氧會排在不同天
有氧通常只能晚上吃完飯(7點)後做
大概8點多開始
暖身10分鐘,加上慢跑或快走50分鐘,總共是一小時
有氧完大概是9點多
之後可能到了10點會肚子餓,平常沒有吃宵夜的習慣
不知道該不該吃東西
因為睡前(大約12點睡)吃會變宵夜,怕這樣不但減不了脂肪,反而會越來越肥
但看了鐵克Jimmy的文章,說餓了不吃會開始分解肌肉,酮酸中毒(會這麼嚴重嗎?)
觀念可能有不正確,請各位前輩指教,謝謝<(_ _)>
