[問題] 吃的比基代少會先瘦到哪>
如題..
小弟體脂肪21左右
持續跑步兩週
不幸今天摔車了....
這週大概都只能躺在床上睡覺,用電腦發呆等等吧..
總之不可能出門
食慾的話..頗低的
所以想請問一下吃的少會先燃燒脂肪還是肌肉的熱量
來補充不足的地方呢?
