[減肥] 瘦不下來就算了還一直變胖!

三餐內容
早餐:拿鐵不加糖+菜包*2/吐司2片/麵包or bagle*1
午餐:排骨便當/炒手麵/親子飯,基本上是外食,
偶爾自己帶便當(大約清炒青菜*2拳頭+五穀飯2/3拳頭+滷肉or煎魚1拳頭)
估計吃掉700大卡(自己煮都走清淡少油路線)
晚餐:較不一定,有飯局就吃較多,運動完就吃較少(約300-700大卡)
內容少至沖泡式飲品,大至鬍鬚張滷肉飯+玉米濃湯,或者握壽司*6貫,或青菜豆腐湯
基本上我會避免運動完吃太多因為我肚子裡有東西會失眠
其他:運動前會吃一片吐司等澱粉類
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
每天約12點半睡,8點起床,工作坐著看電腦一整天
生活型態:(上班族)
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
飛輪課每週1-2堂,心跳平均135-140,50分鐘
pump一堂
登梯機/橢圓機每週1-2次,40mins,心跳平均135-140
每週運動至少4次,有戴心跳表監控心跳
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我向來都有保持運動習慣
可是最近體重有一直上升的傾向...冏
研判是吃太多...可是我又不想一輩子不吃晚餐之類的
我也想過正常人的生活阿~
還是算起來我已經是大胃王了e_e
