[討論] 脂肪變硬更難瘦
減肥書都會教人要常常捏 按摩脂肪,這樣脂肪會比較散 比較軟 比較容易瘦些
常聽人說如果腹部有脂肪沒有先做有氧減脂,直接做仰臥起坐
脂肪會變得比較硬,更難瘦
手臂蝴蝶袖的地方好像也是這樣
但健身版的觀念都是,先增肌在減脂,脂肪沒有減不了的
請問到底哪邊說得比較對啊
我自己觀察是,蝴蝶袖的地方,如果練重訓後要消,真的很不容易
看很多壯男體脂都滿低的了,但就是蝴蝶袖那邊有肥肉
