[討論] 晨跑前應該吃什麼
最近才開始晨跑(6:00AM左右)
查了板上精華區有一篇說空腹跑減脂效果比較好
有一篇提到跑前要吃一點東西以防暈倒
最近幾次也是空腹跑但新手跑不遠也跑不快更別提會跑到暈倒
但以防萬一還是想吃點東西比較安全
去跑的途中會經過一家小7
請問可以吃茶葉蛋嗎?(只吃蛋白 不吃蛋黃)
還是買罐小罐的運動飲料比較好
板上前輩可以分享跑前都吃點什麼嗎(對新手而言)?
