[討論] 做到痠痛?
最近在看置底文時
看到肌肉的生長需要刺激>破壞>休息>重建等 四大步驟
這時候就浮起小小的問題啦
所以意思是說
重訓就是要做到痠痛、無力、無法繼續做下去
這樣才能達到「破壞」的感覺?
跑步也是,要跑到腳酸,步履艱難
腳部肌肉才會成長?
