[閒聊] 剛跑完一萬公尺...
之前沒跑這麼遠過
通常都是跑6000~8000m左右
(跑到8000m就很累了)
因為某個原因 今天決定衝衝看10000m
結果總共跑了66分半
只覺得自己累到快死了......
雖然知道明天應該會鐵腿
但卻一點想幫自己腿按摩的動力都沒有
明明跑完是晚餐時間 肚子卻一點也不餓
如果是想燃脂 下次就不會這樣跑
心跳數整個過高......
純粹是為了某種理由想增加心肺功能罷了
很好奇這樣差不多消耗多少熱量
有誰可以告訴我一個大概值嗎?
