手臂圍(最粗處):27cm (10.6吋)
大腿圍(最粗處):55cm (21.6吋)
小腿圍(最粗處):34cm (13.4吋)
三餐內容
早餐:有時是穀物麥片早餐一碗加牛奶(約麵碗大小)
有時是自己打的綜合蔬果汁約800cc(不去渣)
(內容常有蘋果,芭樂,苦瓜,西洋芹)
午餐:自己煮的乾麵或半碗白飯,配小魚乾海鮮干貝醬
有時候不餓就睡覺不吃(對不起我是宅女)
晚餐:跟男友出外吃飯
有時是一般簡餐,自助餐,或便當,小火鍋都有
內容不固定
日常作息時間:失眠一族長達五年
常常半夜醒來
就會早上中午補眠....
生活型態:已畢業 在家以考研究所為名 行尼特族之實
運動習慣:(有氧運動請務必寫明心跳數、時間長短)
慢跑:
40分鐘5000公尺 最快速度達7.5km/hr 心跳數約140 一周2-3次
x-bike:
阻力2,25~30km/hr,60分鐘 或
阻力3,20~25km/hr,60分鐘
每周運動約四~五天,不是慢跑,就是x-bike
我的問題:
1. 我知道我會被批吃太少 (似乎沒到基代?)
可是有的時候補眠過了吃飯時間,或是就真的不餓,不想吃
請問這種情況一定要勉強自己吃到基代嗎?
我的飲食還有甚麼要加強的地方嗎?
2. 我這樣的運動習慣才開始三周,
我知道要看到成效還需要時間和毅力,
我想請問要看到成果大概需要持續這樣多少時間呢?
3. 爬文看到x-bike要低阻力高轉速
可是我阻力2的時候真的怎麼騎都不會喘
阻力3又覺得很重無法突破25km/hr
請問阻力2和阻力3哪種比較好?
4. 上面有提供我的身材尺寸資料,
請問大家覺得要成為一個身材曼妙的正妹,
那些尺寸應該以達到怎樣的數字為目標?
