[問題]放鬆或者紓壓肩膀的方法
各位板友好:
小弟持續運動快兩個月
每天的運動為打網球2~3小時 打完拉單槓直到累(通常10多下就掛了...)
再去跑步半小時
原本一切都很正常
但是這幾天發現我肩膀很緊 而且在嘗試用力按摩肩膀的時候會很痛= =(還可以忍受)
不知道各位大大有沒有其他可以讓肩膀放鬆獲紓壓的方法能提供
在舒緩肩膀之虞也不會影響到讓我繼續運動(因為本身懶性嚴重)
