[閒聊] 到底怎麼導正這些人的觀念
就是今天阿.....
我在facebook PO近況然後我朋友回覆我留言
我:我媽和我哥都說我看起來有變瘦
可是體重完全沒變 冏rz
他們是在安慰我嗎= = ?
友:因為跑6000真的太多了,這樣會變成肌肉,會減不掉喔
我:我堅持運動減肥 都是鄉民的力量XD
友:不是,減肥是真的要靠運動,但是是"適當"運動,
過頭的運動非但減不下來反而還會練成肌肉!!
而且如果妳是跑步的話,那跑完步記得要用按摩乳液慢慢按摩你的腿部淋巴腺,
從下往上慢慢推,這樣才不會有小腿肌
我知道我堅持運動減肥是對的!是健康的!只是成效比較慢而已
我朋友160/46胸部很有料 這樣的曲線 還覺得自己很胖 想減肥 冏rz
有氧運動真的不會長肌肉阿!
不知道怎麼跟她解釋
可是她也是希望我能達成目標XD
大家遇到這種情況都怎麼辦呀
