[減肥] 請問我還可以加強哪些運動?來幫助我減肥?

三餐內容
早餐:鐵板麵+蛋 小7無糖豆漿 OR 綜合水果一盤 小7無糖豆漿
午餐:乾麵一碗(小) (如果沒辦法吃乾麵 就會買跟乾麵差不多熱量的食物)
晚餐:母親煮的熱量超高料理(每天煮什麼都不知道 但是可以確定熱量都很高)
其他:喝水量:每天至少3000C.C
日常作息時間:晚上12點休息 早上10點上班 下午6點半下班 都坐在位置上工作
生活型態:學生/暑期打工
運動習慣:每天下班回家不坐公車 走路回家(約30MIN)
我的問題:個人認為這樣攝取熱量太高 只有單靠走路這段運動量太少
還是可以怎樣調整我的飲食方面 或是可以建議我做一些在辦公室就可以做的簡易運動
