[討論] 舉啞鈴會變瘦嗎
前陣子放暑假前 天天都到操場去跑操場
大概跑了一個月左右 是有見到成效
小弟目前174/75 76 上下
可是回到家 就沒地方可以讓我跑步了
想說舉啞鈴能不能達到我想減肥的目的呢?
要用怎樣的舉法比較正確?
請大家跟我說一下
