[閒聊] 減肥尚未成功,胖子仍須努力
經過5周的努力,體態似乎一點也沒變 (令人失望啊!)
應該是時間太短,相信持續努力,一定會有所收穫 (希望如此)
最近越來越容易肚子餓,所以正餐之外又多吃了不少東西
ex.牛奶+燕麥片+少量巧克力醬 or 五穀饅頭....
到底該餓肚子,撐到正餐? 還是就給他吃下去,不必特別控制飲食勒?
