[心得] 氣溫影響跑步的耐力影響超大
以前常跑健身房,
每天雖然練不同部位但也能維持重訓前後皆跑步(跑步機)做有氧,
重訓前固定跑3km/15mins,重訓後一般6km/30mins
目前在冷氣房裡跑跑步機這樣身體都還算能應付,
但最近想說過1個月要當兵,開始嘗試學校操場跑步,
又覺得當兵要能先承受烈日當頭的溫度,
心血來潮在下午2點跑去操場跑步,看著車站前的溫度顯示板32度C,
想說正好來磨練自己,
一跑不得了...以前冷氣房跑步機動輒跑30mins 6km後還有餘力講話呼吸的,
這次跑個大學操場400m的10圈外圈,跑了8圈就跟以前跑6km差不多難過,
剩下2圈根本是用意志力苦苦煎熬過來的...最後10圈跑了快23mins
這才發現原來自己身體差好大 @@"a (角落畫圈圈)
最近才看新聞說國軍將領體測合格是3000m/14mins,
看來我還有很長一段路要走...
