[討論] CURVES適合重訓嗎?
因為想在減肥的過程中加入一點重量訓練
(現在每周約慢跑五天,每次一個小時,覺得有氧應該足夠了)
但是社區內的健身房只有一支仰臥起坐板、練後背的台子一台
還有一台練上臂和後背的器材
家裡還有二個十磅的啞鈴 (對我而言真的好重啊)
不知道curves裡面的器材或運動,適合重訓嗎?
(有氧的話,我自己會跑跑步機,偶爾會去跑操場,不需要健身房提供有氧的運動了)
或者是,就我目前可以取得的重訓器材,可以怎麼安排比較好呢?
