[討論] 腹肌好難練…
小弟我本來在半年前65公斤(身高只有164公分而已)
肚子肉、手也肉、臉也肉
加上身高不高
整個人看起來就像顆小圓球…
不過還好小弟我算有耐心
三個月的持之以恆運動
慢慢達到目前的55公斤
可是
人是瘦了
腹部的贅肉在坐著的時候依舊還是一圈
後來我在最近一個多月開始做仰臥起坐
每天至少70下
還滿累的@@
可是
腹肌沒出現
腰圍倒是少了2吋…
剩下27.5腰= =
怎麼會這樣…
我要腹肌呀~~~
請問各位神人們
怎麼加強我的腹部運動??
