[討論] 當沒有時間運動的時候要怎麼辦?
最近的工作,要加班到晚上10點-11點,白天8點上班
平常我的運動時間是晚上六點過後一個小時有氧
感覺接下來公司生意好了
一個禮拜可能只剩星期天一天可以運動了
這樣會不會導致我的體能下降阿
大家都怎麼找空檔做運動哩?
