問題..健走疑問
小弟這三個禮拜開始健走
從一開始的四十分鐘 全程快走(走完時會小腿肌肉緊繃..有點快抽筋的感覺)
到現在才走到25分鐘 小腿就開始緊繃了(同樣也是快抽筋的感覺)
運動前有稍微熱身拉筋
想請問怎麼會這樣 (我知道會有乳酸推積..但怎麼會酸痛的時間越來越短)
是否熱身方式應該調整 正確的熱身為何..?
