Columnist Juan Cruz, who writes for the Madrid-based sports daily AS, which
tends to be a pro-Real Madrid and anti-Barcelona news site, published an
opinion piece about FC Barcelona’s game against Athletic Bilbao under the
steady downpour in the San Mames stadium. What follows is a translation of

Sancho Gracia told the story to Tomas Roncero this summer that Di Stefano said
to Bernabeu in Montevideo that is was good to play under the deluge “because
thus Penaro won’t be able to play their game.” Fifty years ago the downpour
was good for Madrid in Uruguay, and the downpour is always good for Athletic.
Less so yesterday. Barca is a ‘waterproof’ team, also, like the watches.

harmony; they are able to defy the laws of chance and imprint a logical, but

two teams showed that a deluge is not an absolute problem. The muddy field
was for those from Bilbao, as it was for Madrid against Penarol in that
historical game, but Barca is now trained for the inclemencies.

昨天則是例外, 巴薩昨天就像'防水'手錶一樣
雖然一開始因為大雨打的有點綁手綁腳
但是等到他們適應了之後 就像把牌攤在桌上讓人很難抵抗
他們踢的非常合諧，打破往例 演奏出富有詩意的足球樂章
足球不是設計來雨中踢的, 雖然它源自於英國 (XD)
要違背大自然踢球需要球員們無比的投入
但是昨天兩支隊伍證明了傾盆大雨不是個問題
滿地泥濘或許對主場畢爾包的球員有利,
對Madrid遇上Penarol的那歷史戰役有利,
但是巴薩如今也對面對險惡的天氣訓練有素了
In this harmonic play beneath the rain there were some dark spots and some
shining lights. The expulsions were fair; such harshness cannot be permitted
on the field. For me, three shining lights were Iraizoz, Xavi and Alves.
Alves is a football club by himself.
當然在這個合諧的比賽中也有些小缺憾和亮點
兩次紅牌出場都是公平的, 這種粗暴不應該在場上發生
(這是梅西受傷給大家的警惕嗎？)
對我來說, 本場比的賽三個亮點是：Traizoz, Xavi 和 Alves
Alves自己就是一支球隊 XD
(Alves表示 我是後衛 中場 也是前鋒~~)
