Martinez hurt his arm running into the right field wall in the second inning. He was replaced in right by Mike Aviles, who started the game in left field. Obviously this is a pretty serious injury and a possible season-ender. Martinez is headed for a CT scan tomorrow, which could reveal even more damage.
