Rhymes collapses after HBP, leaves on cart
Will Rhymes collapsed on the field during Wednesday's game after he took
first base following a hit-by-pitch. It was a scary incident. Rhymes was
in a ton of pain after getting hit by a pitch on his arm, but he took his
base after being looked at by trainers.
Then, just before the next batter stepped in, he fell down in a heap at first
base. He eventually sat back up and was taken off in a cart by paramedics.
We'll update his status when more is known.
