Does this mean you are running a 9.2 userland with a 9.3 kernel?
Don't do that. The base system software is in some cases tied to the exact
version of the kernel. ZFS is one of those cases.

While many programs will work fine with a newer kernel, the zfs support
is more delicate. If the zfs tools are older than the kernel then you can
very easily get into situations like this one.
