Today seems to be my day for questions.... A short while ago, I installed the freeradius3 pkg. The install went well, but when I try to start up the server, I am greeted with this message: 20140609T140039.877931-0400 argosy radiusd[14761]: Refusing to start with libssl version OpenSSL 1.0.1e-freebsd 11 Feb 2013 0x01000105f (1.0.1e-15) (in range 1.0.1-0 - 1.0.1f-15) I'm running FreeBSD 10.0, with patches up to and including 20140605: p5 FreeBSD-SA-14:14.openssl Fix OpenSSL multiple vulnerabilities. [SA-14:14] built and installed. # uname -r 10.0-RELEASE-p5 So I'm thinking that openssl should be all patched up and ready to go. Unfortunately, the radiusd startup script is of a different opinion. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious (again), but I've been staring at this too long, and the solution eludes me. Why does openssl still have the old version number? What do I do next, so that radiusd will start up? Thanks. _______________________________________________ freebsd-questions@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions To unsubscribe, send any mail to "freebsd-questions-unsubscribe@freebsd.org"
