Problem in install

While I am installing FreeBSD 8.2-STABLE, when I finish with disklabel, and t=
hen says "Last chance", then to accept I get the following message:

Unable to find device node for / dev/ad4s1b in / dev!
The creation of filesystem Will be aborted.
