graphics/tesseract fails to build on 9.2-RELEASE

Hello,

I'm getting the following when attempting to build the 
graphics/tesseract port on 9.2-RELEASE:

Making install in testing
cd /usr/ports/graphics/tesseract/work/tesseract-ocr && install  -o root

Any ideas?  Let me know if additional data is needed.
