The following reply was made to PR docs/120566; it has been noted by GNATS. From: Yuri <yuri@tsoft.com> To: bug-followup@FreeBSD.org, yuri@tsoft.com Cc: Subject: Re: docs/120566: ifconfig(8) doesn't recognize 'inet' command when setting up wireless card Date: Wed, 13 Feb 2008 16:07:44 -0800 Doesn't it make more sense to have a freedom in the order of keywords? Seems like logically for the most part order doesn't matter. Maybe 'ifconfig' should be fixed instead being more intelligent and applying all supplied arguments no matter what order they are supplied? _______________________________________________ freebsd-doc@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-doc To unsubscribe, send any mail to "freebsd-doc-unsubscribe@freebsd.org"
