BTW, I think a better project would be to convert all of the articles
to use XSLT/XSL-FO by default to build PDFs.  The articles are much
simpler from the build perspective and don't use parameter entities,
etc.

Getting the articles done would be a step towards converting the rest
of the doc tree.
