  Update to version 2.0.8.
  
  o Define SIGUSR1 to inform fio to dump run stats while continuing to run
  o Make fio include the git version in the version output
  o Fix for crash with more than ~500 jobs
  o Add create_only option
  o Fix terse bandwidth (off by 1.024)
  o eta: ETA bandwidth was off by 1.024
