  - update to 1.0 beta11
  - changes:
    * lot's of improvement in man pages documentations
    * pkg info and pkg search are now aligned like pkg_info
    * pkg search -x is now default
    * new pkg shell subcommand, this fires up a sqlite3 shell use with caution
    * pkg which gains 2 new options: -q (quiet) -o (origin)
    * fix pkg repo incremental
    * pkg version can now have -egXx <pattern> options
    * when is port is registred this is now notifified as an installation (means syslog informations :))
    * force umask 022
