make -C /usr/src/lib/libpam/ all install
Maybe?
I can't find tacplus.conf anywhere on my system in /usr/src or
/usr/obj , and it isn't installed in /etc either, so it seems optional
at least (assuming that you don't use the tacacs login class in
/etc/login.conf?).
