looking for NetBSD 0.8 and FreeBSD 1.0

I know that these versions, and even some history, were removed.  But   
does anyone still have a personal copy (such as tar of binaries or 
source or cvs history) of NetBSD 0.8 or FreeBSD 1.0 that they can
provide to me? Thank you. 

(Part of my continued book research of BSD history.)
