 Hello

 Could anybody please update this PR and push Severity and 
 Priority a little bit up. The old IP address of 
 d.root-servers.net will be gone at end of June 2013, according to 
 the "Advisory 霠D-root is changing its IPv4 address on the 3rd of 
 January." [1].
