先說, 你的答案2是錯的, 你後來判斷的1才是正解
其實你可以用一個簡單的替代法就可以排解
day = American Patroitic Holiday
all = most of the states and the U.S. territories
替代完後句子變這樣
This day ____ by all.
直接一看就知道一定是 "is celebrated"
因為 這天 "是被" 所有人 給慶祝的, 而不是這天慶祝所有人
所以把上句倒裝回來就變成 All celeberated this day
替代回去也是順的:
Most of the states and the U.S. territories celeberated this American Patroitic
Holiday.
所以你的原本的2的答案一看就知道是錯的, 請無視它
