Yd(r,y): real-output demand curve
is downward sloping because
the more high-yeild the real-output
the less the the real-output demanded to consume
(to save for the better future)
Ys(r,y): real-output supply curve
is upward sloping because
the more high-yeild the real-output
the more the real-output supplied
(小編按:Supply creates its own demand?)
As illustrated below,
Yd-Ys model determines the equilibrium of the real interest rate and
the real-output,(r*,y*), that clears the market.

therefore, as 政府支出上升, Yd 右移, r*上升
(小編按:the so-called classical dichotomy,
that real and nominal variables can be analyzed separately)
