猜想 Q2的 Host ID是對應 Q1 的 Network ID
In network addressing, the host address, or the host ID portion of an IP
address, is the portion of the address used to identify hosts (any device
requiring a Network Interface Card, such as a PC or networked printer)
on the network. The network ID, by contrast, is the portion of the address
that refers to the network itself.
Network ID 是 140.113.129.126，Host ID 就可能是 37
Broadcast 位址為 140.113.129.127
