哈囉有買到票的大家，這幾天有收到旅行社以下通知嗎？親愛的顧客我們收到波蘭航空的通知，藉此轉告給你們知道。基於波蘭航空與新加坡的商業和運營上的變化，他們無法就已出票之機票提供空運服務。現在波蘭航空提出以下的2個解決方案 1. 全額退還機票費用 2. 轉換其他由波蘭航空指定的航空公司前往目的地如選擇 : 選項1可以電郵致 ebooking@wingontravel.com 辦理全數退款。選項2乘客必須直接致電聯絡波蘭航空辦理，電話號碼4008822057 or +48225779573 感謝閣下對OO旅遊的支持。 2018年06月12日 Dear customer We received a notification from Lot Polish Airlines. Due to commercial and operational changes of Lot Polish Airlines and Singapore , they are not able to provide the air transportation based on some tickets th at you have sold. Polish Airlines prefers full refund but as well they can offer a change If you choose full refund, you can email to ebooking@wingontravel.com, OO Trav el will assist refund.
