[問題] 南法租車
七月中到南法旅遊時跟HERTZ租了一個星期的車
還車時有把車加滿油，而且經租車公司的人檢查後也確認一切沒有問題
我們的旅程在8/1結束返台
但是之前收到帳單時發現在8/27時HERTZ在一個法國我們沒去過的地方刷了一筆19.99歐
詢問之後對方的回答是

I have investigated your case, and have found that the amount of 19.99 EUR
is for administration fee. One of the conditions of rental is that if Hertz
is required to give information to the local authorities for road tolls,
fines, charges or associated costs, we may charge you an administration
charge for doing so.
Any disputes on the fine itself must be taken up directly with the local
authority when the customer will receipt this one.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for contacting us
and we look forward to serving you in the future.
想請問是否這個是什麼情形?我沒有收到任何罰單阿
為什麼要收我dministration fee?有網友有過類似情形嗎?
