Firstly you should study the job advertisement carefully ,so that you can matc
h your knowledge ,skills and abilities with the specifications required for th
e post .You have assure the interviewer that you have all the qualifications r
equired.So that you are the right kind of person they’re looking for.
Secondly ,you should know more about the company,such as it’s profile,structu
re,existing problems ,requirements,campaign and future plans
Finally,you should also prepare your psychologically ,and this will help you c
ombat stress .Rehearsing the interview with yourself.The relaxation exercise c
an install confidence in you.
Keep eye contact with the interviewer that shows your respectfulness and confi
dence.
