[Mind] training
I was typing this up last night on my phone, but I got disconnected! Lost everything T_T
I enjoyed a great workout yesterday! Got tired of my usual running routine
(6-8KM) and the annoying knee pain that followed, I spiced up things a little
by doing circuit training.
Warm up: 5min (light jogging)
30 sec sprint
1:30 medium pace
20 squats
1min sprint
1:30 medium pace
30 lunges
repeat!
TOTAL DISTANCE COVERED: ~7KM
It was so much fun! I love running outdoors in the early morning when the sun
is still covered by clouds. I love pushing myself and feeling rejuvenated. Nothing
beats a sumptuous meal afterwards!
Besides running, I also enjoy biking and pilates!
TRAIN INSANE OR REMAIN THE SAME!
I WORK OUT BECAUSE I LOVE MY BODY!
I AM STRONG. I CAN DO IT!
