[Talk] Why isn't there more foreign channels?
I really enjoy watching news channels, general or business, when I go abroad
staying in hotels. There will be lots of different channels to choose from,
and aside from learning different issues happening around the world you will
also have the opportunity to see different perspectives on the same issues.
But in Taiwan, our cable TV only has CNN and our local news channels don't
care too much about what's happening outside this island unless it's so big
or so weird that will affect us or make us laugh.
