Actually I want to suggest if you really want to improve it,
You could start to try speaking english in your daily life.
No matter what you do, where you go or who you talk,
just use english at first. Of course you could later say chinese to
let others understand what you mean. It would be better if you have a
company to practice it every day. For example you could ask your girl or
boy firend. But if he or she is not that type of person, persuade or force
him or her. Keep it in your mind learing english doen't have to spend lots
of money if you insist on it.
