I don't like this idea.
This violates the natural females in human are responsible for giving birth.
I am not a sexist but everything should have its rule and standard.
But we human like to act as god and change anything you want.
Doing anything without respecting the narutal will bring disasters.
Just like global warming that is one example showing human's selfish.
Anyway it sucks.
