在字辨的時候如果看了解釋仍然沒有辦法抓到精確語感的時候. 除了多看幾本字典試試以外可以回頭去看字源. 中間就不多提了 adjust 字根含 just，有 right, exact 的意思. 而 adapt 字源來自 apt，意為 fit. 以中文來說其實很多舊有的翻譯都還滿精確的. adjustme
