我反而覺得第一句有問題
sour 當形容詞是酸的、當動詞是使變酸，但當名詞只指某種特殊的飲料
如果是我，可能會寫
... so that it won’t be so sour, and there is no need to worry about the conc
entration when the ice melts.
（concentration 可指液體的濃度，冰塊融化味道變淡的原因就是濃度問題）
