[請益] 求推薦教材+一段話的涵義
各位高手好，我又來問問題了，
最近在學英文契約，
懇求推薦教材，
有中文講解最佳，
因為想做到能中英文契約翻譯，
最近在網路上買了一本韓國人寫的書，
雖然是台灣出版社有請專家翻譯過的，
但是那中文翻譯品質讓人.....
害我都不知道到底是原作者的問題，
還是我資質太過愚鈍。
這段話的意思我搞不懂：
The test of enforcement of that contract is, would a reasonable
person in the buyer's shoes, knowing everything the buyer knows,
believe that the seller intended to contract.
So, the test would look at the language of the writing
on the claim check; were the details complete enough?
And, was the price reasonable that the parties agreed to?
我翻譯是這樣：
測試這個契約是否可執行的方法是，
是否有一個理性的人在買家的鞋子裡，
知道任何買家的想法，
相信賣家有意立契約，
所以，這測試將要依照寫在claim check上的文字內容而定，
是否細節都滿足了
還有，價格是否能讓對方滿意？
搞不懂的點，
為什麼會有人在買家鞋子裡，
以及claim check是什麼？
