我想你可能誤會你們老師所謂「插入句」的用法，
一般來說若把插入的 I believe 拿掉，
不會影響整個句子的結構完整性（但句意可能稍有不同）。

: 有兩個例句上在關代詞性上有不懂的
: 請大家協助
: 1.This is the girl who I believe is my girlfriend.
-> This is the girl who (I believe) is my girlfriend.
-> This is the girl who is my girlfriend. (句子結構完整)
: 2.The skirt which I bought at the night market is cheap
-> The skirt which (I bought at the night market) is cheap.
-> The skirt which is cheap. (句子結構不完整)
再進一步想：
This is a girl.
I believe (that) the girl is my girlfriend.
看出什麼了嗎？

: 第一個是我們上課時
: 老師說I believe是插入句
: 所以看後面的be動詞
: 所以他是這邊的who是主格
: 第二句是我在看youtube
: 有別的老師說
: I bought 是主詞加名詞
: 所以前面用which是 受格
: 我有疑問是為什麼
: I bought at the night market不能當插入句
: 以後面的Be動詞 來當作前面的Which是主格
: 雖然which在做主格受格都長一樣
: 但是詞性跟判別使用的方式不同
: 受格時可以省略
: 但做主格時卻不能省略
