感覺整個句子應該拆成
The hope is (子句)
第二點

^^^ 這邊是不是應該要有主詞it? 或者 it 拿掉直接放過去分詞？
property must be approved by the owners.
可是主要子句根後面的句子好像不同主詞, 所以應該不能省略？
