[請益] 有幾個字聽不出來
在練習聽力一邊聽一邊打逐字稿時，有幾個字聽不出來（不確定）想請教一下
是什麼內容：網址如下，是講cop 21的成果

大約是第8秒時它說：
A plan for long-term climate management is agreed to in Paris, and the
participating nations expected to slow down the planet’s gradual warming.
Nations intends whole temperature increases (？)below two degree Celsius
and want to pursue efforts to limit the temperature
increase to 1.5 degree Celsius.
括號前面幾個字不太懂，nations的話為什麼是intends？？
