[文法] 請問這句的文法正確性

各位 最近剛好看到一本書，是教科書 裏面這一句 What we need to first do is extract the offset into the heap. 覺得很奇怪，以文法的角度應該是 What we need to first do is "to" extract the offset into the heap. 原文擷圖如下 http://imgur.com/eJ2l2Vm
